With a background of Civil Engineering, Rakesh brings an entrepreneurial mindset and an aspiration to play for high scores to everything he does at Autumnwood. Prior to joining Autumnwood as CEO, he has worked with Shapoorji Pallonji, Howe India, Shrikhande consultant & FABS, Dovetail. He has hands-on experience in a number of industry verticals and in several functional areas, as well. Rakesh is an adventure sports lover, who loves travelling and exploring new places.

Rishi works broadly across Autumnwood to optimize processes and systems as the business continues its rapid expansion. With more than 27 years of experience and exposure to fixtures and furniture, Rishi firmly believes that manufacturing is an art that is learnt every day. With a passion for rigorous analysis, Rishi enjoys fine-tuning processes to help his teams serve clients at ever-increasing levels of excellence and efficiency. He has previously worked with Kalpakaru projects, Propus Inc and Svran Infratel. A small–town boy with big dreams, he loves to spend leisure time with his family.

Madhav brings in 12 years of experience in Planning & Operation. With a background of mechanical engineering, he has a deep understanding of the production processes and engineering, constantly works towards improving the effectiveness of the workforce and innovatively tackles the challenges that come with an ever-changing marketing landscape, in a creative and unique way. Before joining Autumnwood, he has worked with renowned brands like Telcon, Algy Pug and Dovetail in the planning and operation division. Madhav loves to learn about new technology and is an avid traveller.

Vivek has 15 years of experience in business development specializing in sales, marketing and customer relationships. As a Sales and Marketing postgraduate, his background includes integrated marketing and 8 years of dedicated profile in fixture and retail industry, prior to joining Autumnwood. He has worked as an integral part of sales teams and as a team leader in both small and mid-size companies. He is passionate about problem solving and creative thinking. Outside the office, he is a go-to person who loves learning new things every day. He also enjoys playing outdoor games and driving to unknown territories.

Satish brings in 17 years of industry experience while working on varied projects. He is well versed in creating a balance between multiple projects at a time. Between enabling every team member to do their jobs the best they can, he easily adapts to challenging situations that is driven by his infectious enthusiasm and work ethic. Satish has a deep understanding of Design and Engineering in this industry. Outside work, he is a hardcore fan of Ilaiyaraaja and A R Rahman and loves listening to music during leisure time.
